Josephs Bakery - although we are only newly established in Northwest England, we can trace our roots back to Ennis in Southern Ireland. Baking has been in our family for over four generations, with closely guarded recipes passed down, and it is these recipes we can pass on to our customers through our delicious, considered and baked with real love, cakes, pastries and pies.

All our recipes use local, free range produce and each cupcake is hand decorated individually, so no two cakes will ever look identical, we dont do mass produced, but think we are all the better for it.

Josephs Bakery can cater for all of your celebrations, and if you need to discuss ingredients, whether vegetarian, Vegan, or diabetic, we will be here to listen and help.
